Sites seem a little tight. In the last photo, is that sewer connection just a foot from the picnic table? Or is it an optical illusion?

This is Kings Holley rv resort, if you want a quiet but friendly place this is it.
Not overcrowded at all, it is in the middle if everything but off the main road so it's not congested. They have a two nice bathhouses, a pool, play ground and creek that runs down the side off the resort. There is a dollar store just out the front entrance of the park. There are ducks that roam the park visiting everyone. A really nice place. We also saw the Koa park it's packed, along with riverside park the parks on the main road stay full it seems.

Yeah that is correct the site next to us sewer connection is right there at this site the others are not that close, we just got unlucky. They require a sewer doughnut I think it's called, I guess it's to prevent gases from escaping. I never heard of it before being a newer to camping this is only our 5th year am our first in this camper. It is amazing how much I learn every time I go camping.

Nice shots. My comment about the sewer hookup was done right before you added your written description. I didn't mean to criticize something that was actually a very nice thing for you to do. Thanks for the photos and description.

DH and I have a site booked in (or near..not sure, since he made this reservation) Pigeon Forge in August. The one he booked has two creeks/streams running through it, one on each side, so no matter which site you get you're backed up to a running stream of water.

(grin) We're headed out for a weekender this evening! I'm already getting "camper-itis"...something like Friday-itis...so severely that I took off work today!

Got lots to do!

Pick up a Winegard Carryout
Pick up Groceries
(DH plugged up the RV last night so the fridge will be nice and cold)
Load up clothes, etc.

OK so it's not that much, but it's a nice excuse to take off on Friday!

I think you're right. Those oughta be some phat ducks! They probably get treats from every guest in the park.
