Good for you, staying polite and maintaining a good relationship with your dealer.
Collect all pertinent paper work from the manufacturer. Include transcripts, signed, of what the dealer told you verbally. Make sure you let your dealer know that you think he is doing his best to solve your problem (even if you don't, really) and
you are going to help
him get this issue resolved. You and he are a team united against the manufacturer. Make one last attempt with Forest River to put the pressure on the maker. If that fails, contact Trailer Life's "Action Line" and supply them with the info.
