Propane detector poppoing fuse

All,
With the weather getting better, I decided it was time to take out the trailier and get her ready for the season. Everything checked out except I noticed the fuse to the propane detector popped. I replaced it and it did it again. Any you have this problem? First time this has happened. Never had a problem with it last season. Thanks,

George

I would disconnest the wires and tape them off at the detector and try changing the fuse. That will tell you where the problem is. If it still blows the fuse then you have a wiring problem (maybe mice chewing wires). If it doesn't blow its definitely the detector.

We had the same on our new 2502s. Dealer gave us another, blew again. We stopped in our our way to camping and they rewired the system. No problems since.
