Posts: 486 late 2010 model F-150 , 5.4 V-8 has the Blt in anti-sway control, it has a gyro in it that starts braking or accelerating each wheel to stop the sway. Suposedly even before you feel it. Those computers are amazing. I drove the TT up some steep grades(and down) didnt have a problem. also had some real big semi's blow by us with no sway. So all that Ford computer stuff for towing must work. The wife always wants to drive....told her its my baby driving down the road, its yours when we stop !!
