Question about the roof on new Rockwoods???

We have a friend who does maintenance for an RV place here in MD (Leo's, if you're familiar) and he said something today that made me a little worried (and a little skeptical since Leo's doesn't sell Rockwoods).

He said the roofs on the new ones aren't reinforced, or something like that. So that you can't go up and walk around up there. So to clean or reseal, you'd have to erect scaffolding around it.

Is this true??? Also wondering why the new one we just put a deposit on has a ladder on the back... so i can go up and LOOK at the roof?

no problem to walk up there to do maintainance. my 8315ss came with a ladder to get up on the roof. just don't get all your friends up there to party and jump up and down!
rockwood roof is built with bonded laminate over 4 1/2" thick foam.

Only issue would be to make sure you have clean shoes. The TPO roof membrane is very tough, but a stone in a shoe can do serious damage very quickly.

just went on top of mine to check everything out before i clean it and i have some water damage toward the front. I think i might be in the 5 year warranty period. I had the trailer all leveled at my house and that is what happens. I don't like the roof design because it can puddle up.
