Question for 2604ws/2608ws owners
DW and I are looking at both of these and trying to decide. I'm curious if anyone has turned their sofa 90 degrees so that you could see tv straight on? It seems that there is enough room to do it, so why not?

Can't answer your question other than to say it might be easier to put in another TV where you can see it. I looked at the floor plans and had a good laugh at the optional "theater seating" for seating that doesn't even face the entertainment center!
Personally, I'd look for another TT that has a better layout.

It would be easy to put wheels or sliders on your sofa so that you can rotate it.
I have a 2604 and have made significant changes to the furniture arrangement depending on how I am using the trailer at the time. Currently, I have two bunk beds in the slide where the sofa was, moved the sofa forward to where the dinette was (nearer the tv), and moved the dinette to under the rear window as a long bench seat when the slide is out. I can rotate the dinette seats easily if I want to use it as a bed or with a table, or when the slide is in.

Have made several mods to our 2604ws--slide-out shelves in cabinet, added outlet to wall behind sink, added legs to lamp table, etc. Will add photos later. Would love to see photos/drawings of furniture rearrangements mentioned.

2608ws with added recliner
I added a recliner that faces TV (see picture). Also the TV does pivot a little so it is still viewable from the corner.

Where does the recliner go when the slides are in? I assume the big slide is full of furniture already.

Recliner
The recliner fits snugly between the couch and the closet (block the way to the bathroom) or between the couch and refrigerator (blocking the way to kitchen). It is easy to slide around but not convenient if unable to use slideout.

Thanks. I'm beginning the process of finding what's available to pull with my 2003 F150 5.4L with a tow rating of 7100. The 2604ws is probably pushing the limit slightly, but I like the room and layout with a table and chairs.
Before you added the recliner could you access everything from either door with the slides in? I have a thing about not wanting to operate a slide every time we stop temporarily and want to make a sandwich or use the bathroom.

2608ws with added recliner
Before I added recliner I can access front and back of trailer. The television and front cabinets are blocked when the slide is in. I can access the refrigerator, the stove, the sink, the dinette and the couch no problem. In the bedroom the closet (when it is in) is snug against one side of the bed making the bed accessible only from one side and the foot.

I pull my 2604WS with a Tundra and it does just fine. With the slides in, the only thing blocked is a cabinet door on the rear wall and the TV/sound system. BUT ... that's a good thing. If a thief broke in, he wouldn't be able to see the TV/sound system much less get to it.
