quick question regarding elect bed

when we bought our trailer
the wire going into the elect bed
goes in from the top of the mattress
seems like maybe the matteress has been turned over
and the wire should go in from the bottom
while sleeping the cord gets rubbed
while it is on top

cord top side
or
cord bottom side

thank you
Mountainman

Hay MTN MAN Bob...

When I plugged in the power cord for the heated mattress it did not seem to click or seat into the plug very easily. Does it snap in or does it seat -- it only slid together slightly. It seems to work fine, but we only use the heated mattress to 'pre heat' the bed.

BTW -- The plug in is mounted on the top side of the mattress.

I went out to check that for you
kind on weird I would say
looks like it should slide in a ways
but
once taken apart
and putting back in
only went in a little over 1/4" maybe
I would think not all the way in
but
that THING seems to go no further

no snap in plug

have a good day

1/4" sounds about right from what I remember - Thanks for checking!
