I hope they find a fix. I don't want to leave the bedroom speakers on just to have a conversation in our brand new tt.

I would like the option to replace the unit with a Jensen unit. This has been going on for far too long.

Talked to Nelson today and he said they were able to bench test my number 2 radio and found the same thing that I had experienced. Too loud and no difference between 1-7 volume. They are shipping me radio 4. No complaints with them as they are extremely pleasant to deal with and are truly trying to resolve the problem. I'll post when I get number 4 installed.

We purchased a new 2015 Rockwood. First trip out, the radio level would not work below level 6. The DVD player was not working correctly and the sound cut in and out. The dealer FunTown has ordered a new radio. I can only cross my fingers that it's a good unit. We've been waiting over a month.

If the new one isn't any better contact Nelson Arzadon from QAV Patrick industries 574-970-8348. They will ship you out another one next day. IMO your dealer must be dragging their feet to have to wait a month.

I just picked up a 2608ws and have the same problem with the lowest sound setting being too loud. Hopefully I'll find a fix here.

If you want to listen to radio or TV, either do it inside your rig or use a headset. There's enough noise pollution in the world without deliberately adding to it.

I think you missed the point. It's the INSIDE speakers that are too loud even at lowest setting
