I had a leaky black tank flush valve that leaked when I flushed the blank tank and it took a span of time to put two and two together.
Also, maybe it leaks depending on the attitude of the trailer (slant) when it rains. Might have been slanted away from leak at dealer.

Never saw a leak while flushing black tank.
I think you might be right if trailer leaning to that side, you may never see or notice the leak.
I was wondering if rain could get through black tank connection.

When I run water on the outside connections of the black flush line, city water, and antifreeze connection water comes through all the connections into the inside wall of the trailer.

This cannot be right. The water goes through the wall on all three connections easily. Small stream of water. Identical type of connection.

Can't be sure from the pictures, but it looks as if your anti-siphon valve may be in your vanity, along with the supply pipes. If those two hoses go to/from the anti-siphon valve, then there is a chance the leak could originate in that valve. Anti-siphon valves are notorious for failing, and I can tell you from sad experience that when they fail completely, there can be a ton of water shooting out from the valve (in theory, less water would leak from a partial failure or loose hose)......but that only happens around the time the black water wash-out feature is utilized. So if the rain coincided with times you used your blackwater wash-out, you may want to check that valve - but if not, you can forget the anti-siphon valve and may want to check the plumbing connections under the sink. Check supply lines and drain connections. If you didn't use any water at all around the time of the leak, then it sounds as if you are truly looking for a "rain leak." Visually inspect the roof and all of the caulking to ensure everything is as it should be. And if everything is as it should be, I have no idea where you would look next and apologize for not being able to offer any help. Good luck!

Go up to roof and look for any hole, tear or separation in the rubber roof within the half of the unit that covers the bath area. Water will get in and follow the slope of the roof, down the wall structure and onto the floor.

"When I run water on the outside connections"
Does the above statement mean: - When I connect a hose to any of the connectors and run water through it
- When I spray water on any of the connectors from a hose and flood the area around it
If it's 2, then it seems that the manufacturer failed to put butyl tape behind the flanges of each connector. You should easily be able to demonstrate this to the dealer for a warranty fix.

No, not that. What I am saying is if there is ANY tye of tear or hole in the roof, water will get under it and travel down (under the rubber roof) to the wall and then travel within the wall and come out where the side meets the floor.
