I have a 2015 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2608 WS and the corner on the screen door is also extremely sharp. Fortunately, no one has gotten caught on it yet but I now realize I can safely round the corner out a bit. My sister, who does not have a Rockwood, has a 3 inch scar on her left shoulder blade as a result of her RV screen door catching her on the back in a wind gust earlier this year. Those sharp corners are no joke. Thanks for the input from everyone about filing the corner down.

I'll add to the mod list. Prevention is worth 5 lbs. of cure.

Ok. It wasn't the screen door corner. It was the outside door corner. Razor sharp point. We used a metal file & also put duct tape around it. Just wanted to share so this does not happen to anyone else / getting hurt.
