Removing Drawers

OK, I give up! Can someone please tell me the secret to removing a drawer in a 2014 Signature Ultra Lite Model 8286 FW from its slide hinges? I need to get under galley sink to fix leak in faucet but need to get drawers out first to obtain access. Been messing with the drawer for almost an hour and can't figure it out.

If it is a standard full extension slide the drawer out about half way, there will be a little black "finger" in the rail on each side. One side you need to push down, the other pull up. When you have them in the correct position the lock will release and you can slide the drawer out. Sometimes it takes some trial and error, if you have any tension on the locks from pulling the drawer while releasing the lock the lock will not release.
