Replace decals

I had to order 3 replacement decals from the factory. Can someone tell me how to put them on? The decals come with 2 sides, when you pull off the white paper it is the sticky side, but the top side has like a felt paper on it protecting it. How do you get that side off after you install it in place without pulling the whole decal back off. Thanks for any help offered

Once you stick the decal, SLOWLY pull the transfer tape off watching for any lifting of the decal especially around the edges.

If you get a few air bubbles, all is usually not lost, some can be worked to an edge using a plastic card Like a credit card. Others can be worked out with a small pin prick to the center of the bubble and again using a plastic card to work the air out. I also found that leaving a decal alone over night made a difference in that small bubbles worked themselves out.
