No insult intended, but the correct first question is whether you have double-checked to make sure a breaker has not popped? Second, have you pulled the appliance out to double-check and be sure it is plugged in (the outlet is inside the cabinet behind the unit)? Third, have you plugged something else into the receptacle to be sure the power is working?
Our microwave failed within a week of delivery and those were the first things the dealer had us do. As it turned out, the microwave was defective and was replaced under warranty (i.e., the factory sent the dealer a new microwave and they swapped it out). Therefore, I did not have to shop the replacement, so I can't help you there.
