Rockwood 1905 Kiddie Dinette

Does anyone have this model or any of the kiddie dinette models that can tell me if adults can sit at this dinette. We like this model but can't find one anywhere in our area to see. We would like to know if adults can sit at this dinette before we drive 5 or more hours to see one in person.

Thanks!

We looked at one the same day we looked at the 1901. DH did not fit at the dinette (he's not thin, though). I hit my head on the bunk. I'm 5'-8". I think normal size people who aren't tall may fit.

Thanks! I was afraid that it was small. My DH is large so this unit probably wouldn't work for us. We loved the 1901 so we may just go with that one...it has much more storage than the 1905. Thanks for your help!

We have this model, overall really like it. The "kiddy dinette" is very "cozy". Have to be careful not to bump your head if the bunk is in the down position. We have used it with one of us and one teen at a time, not tried with both of us adults. I'm about 5'8" and about 250#... Let's just say the wife is not much smaller than I, and keep it polite. We feel we could make it work when needed, but very "cozy" for adults of our size. Hope this helps. We got a folding table to put at the couch with ours, and it also stores under the couch when not in use. TV trays were also suggested as an option.

We love our 1901! Of course, it is just the 2 of us & we haven't had the courage to bring one of the dogs yet. (We have to pay for in-house dog sitting anyway since there's no way our 13yo golden could manage the TT steps). Great use of floor space with the murphy bed.

Happy camping. You'll love whichever model you go with.

Thanks everyone! I think that we will still try to find a 1905 and check it out. Maybe this spring we can find one close enough to go and look at. Thanks again!
