Rockwood 2015 windjammer 3008 water pump

Was wondering if the water pump and filter are located behind
the toilet ? And access is from under the vanity?

I don't know about the 2015 models but we owned a 2012 and it was located at the base of the entertainment center on the right side as you look at the television. The panel has special screws

Location of water pump

I don't have a 3008, but that is where mine is located. You don't access it from the bathroom though. Look for a bottom cabinet door below the entertainment center that has a hinge on both sides. They secure the door I guess so children can't get into it. Remove the extra hinge and it should be behind the door. It will open an area below your bathroom cabinet and that is where they put the filter and pump.

There is a fireplace below the tv. No panels with hinge plates with screws.

Well, dang. You got one of them fancy smancy Windjammers didn't you. LOL! Okay ours doesn't have a fireplace so now I don't have a suggestion. Look outside the trailer where you connect city water and the outdoor shower is located. The pump and filter should be inside the trailer in that area. Now I am curious and am going to look at photos of the interior...

Take a look below your kitchen counter where the stools would sit. Is there a door with a hinge on the opening side by the pull? I think I see one in the photo of the unit. That may be it and your pump/filter is on that side.

D B I've done that, it's where the water heater is. I can hear the pump run it does sound like it is behind the entertainment center. The city water is located between the two slides directly behind the bathroom. Just have to find away in there without using a jig saw.

Okay, have you looked under the bathroom sink cabinet to see if the wall on the right side (between it and the area behind the toilet) is removable? If there is pump sound coming from that area and the fireplace doesn't swing out or detach, then I would look to see if a panel will lift out or is held in with just screws. If it isn't supposed to be removed, then it would be stapled or nailed in place.

After looking at more photos, of previous year's 3008 units, I believe the pumps are below the entertainment center like mine are. Look at the fireplace and see if it has a release or just visible screws holding it in place that would allow it to swing our pull out. That may the the secret compartment! Or not. Good luck with the treasure hunt.

I'll have to have a closer look at the fireplace area. I'll let you know what I find out D B.
