Rockwood 2311SS: location of water pum

Just picked up my new 2014 Rockwood 2311SS. I asked the tech where the water pump is and he said that he thought it was under the linen closet. It was not accessible without unscrewing the hinges, but after looking in the brochure it pointed out that the water pump and filter was easily accessible, so I'm questioning that its located there.

Can anyone help?

I have the 23SS and my pump is behind a door with hinges on both sides. I was told this is so kids will not get in there and to keep people from trying to use it as storage. I am trying to figure out an easier way to keep this accessible to me, but still keep kids out.

NEVER believe the brochure!

water pumps usually are inside a interior cabinet, behind a cabinet "door" that is usually screwed in.
many of us simply add hinges and turn it into a true door, for easy access.
the water filter is usually mounted in the same cabinet.

rarely are they "easy access" except on 5th wheels or MH's.
