Here's ours the moment I picked it up in Chicago in 2013... I hadn't even towed it an inch yet.

I also included pics of it at a few of our favorite localish CG.

Any major issues with that many miles on the unit?

Overall, I've been very pleased how the trailer has held up. There has been some issues though. Fortunately, the most expensive ones were taken care of during the FROG rally. The list is:
1) The seal between the roof material and front cap split. Rockwood replaced the cap and re-sealed the seam. Apparently it was a design error due to lack of support behind the front cap which allowed it to bend inwards thereby stressing the seam. This was repair free of charge at the rally 2 years ago.
2) The floor in the kitchen area had a soft spot near the heater vent. Rockwood braced it up from underneath free of charge at the rally. Other locations have now appeared near other heater vents. Again, it appears to be a design error by not placing underlying extra supports around the vent cut-outs.
3) The screw that hold the hydraulic arm on the door stripped out. It was only embedded in sheet metal. A pop-rivet solved that problem.
4) The rivets on the door step box broke. I replaced them with nuts and bolts. It was eventually replaced with a new on at the rally free of charge.
5) The gearbox on the bedroom slide went out. I replaced it with a new one.
6) The cable on the bedroom slide snapped. It was replaced free of charge at the rally.
7) The plastic squirrel cage in the bedroom A/C unit broke at the end of this summer. I will have the whole unit replaced in the spring. Estimating $1,200 remove and replace cost.
8) The plastic door sweep on the shower door has to be replaced about every 9 months. A new sweep costs about $15.00 and I can easily install it myself.
9) I replaced all four tires within the first year due to a slow leak at one of the sidewall seams. The others had plenty of tread, but I lost confidence in them so replaced them. Four installed, about $800.00 3 years ago.
10) I replaced the wet cell battery with two AGM batteries.

That's all I can think of right now. Like I said, I am overall pleased. My roof doesn't leak, I run fresh water through my tank all the time, my waste tanks work great. I never use my furnace so I can't comment as to it since my ceramic heaters keep my rig warm down to the mid teens.

I am still 100% satisfied with my purchase and am very thankful to Rockwood for the repairs performed at the last two rally's.

When I changed from a 1/2 ton truck to a newer 3/4 ton truck I had to raise the RV for it to tow level. 4 year old 8289WS that we really enjoy. Only complaint was the crapy tires that were replaced 3-1/2 years ago.

Where do you source the shower door sweep? I will need one next camping season.
