I have towed ours for two years without any problems. I don't have the hd tow package and use Roadmaster stabilizers. Tows level and power is NOT an issue at all.

I have no issues pulling except the frame, suspension , and tranny are not as durable in the long run as many of the newer 3/4 tons. Ecoboost torque is impressive so your issue will not be insufficient power but your comfort zone in a lighter weight truck. It will do it, as I do with no issues but......that super duty would sure be nice?........$$$$$$$$

I use Reese elite system with pucks in the bed. The wedge fits nice and the truck handles my 9300 lbs just fine. A little over on rear axle. Nothing like most construction hauler do daily.

I pull an 8285WS (9000lbs loaded) with a 2012 EB with HD Payload package with no effort. I pulled it with my 2006 5.4L F150 and it struggled a bit and it needed Firestone air bags.
