rockwood 8281ws drain?

Just bought 2016 8281ws has bath and half.Dealer has no clue about this camper I bought it used. It has 3 drains. Drain 1 has black and grey handle. Then another drain about 5 feet back, and another about 6 ft behind that one. They have a slide mechanism to pull. Would those be grey as well? I thought all the grey was tied into one drain that is used after draining the black? Very confused..
Any help/advice is greatly appreciated!!

I have an 8289 and the black is black tank, grey next to it is shower and bathroom sink gray. The next one back is galley gray. I would assume you have another gray tank unless you have another toilet.

Looking at your floor plan, I'm going to guess that the first one has a grey handle for the bathroom sink/shower and black handle for the toilet. I'm guessing the next one back is grey only for the kitchen sink. I'm guessing the last one is black for the 1/2 bath toilet and that the 1/2 bath sink is piped into it, too.

Thanks for the informative replies,, So if the rear one is toilet/sink combo,, I would not be able to rinse out the hose, and drain mechanism with the grey water? Seems everywhere I read says to drain black, then grey. But maybe that is for single toilet?
Thanks

I'd drain the rear one, then drain the front black, then the front grey, and finally the middle grey.

BTW: I'm also guessing you should have 4 tank level monitors on your main control panel, one for each of these tanks. Might be interesting to see what the manufacturer calls each one on the panel.

I have this model and we love it. The first starting from the front is the grey for the master bath and shower. The next handle right beside it is for the black water from the master toilet. The next handle about 5 foot away is for the grey from the galley. The final one near the rear of the trailer is a grey/black combo for the bunk bathroom. We always have a rule that no one goes number two in the rear toilet since it does not have a tank flush like the front black tank does. Makes it easier to clean.

Hope you enjoy your trailer as much as we have ours. If it still has the original china bomb tires change them out ASAP. Two of ours blew on the same day the second year we had it. I bought Carlisle Load Range E and run at 65 psi and haven't looked back. Been on several long trips on them without issue. I also modified the dinning table to make it more sturdy if you are interested. Take care. Mike
