Has anyone hardwired a ems/ surge protector in a 8329ss if so were was a good place to place it....thanks

Following as I would like to do the same. I am thinking of it going in the cabinet at the bottom of the linen closet in the bathroom.

Yes the linen closet floor it was a 30 minute job

Thanks for sharing. I was thinking of doing the same thing. When I looked in mine that is where the inverter is mounted. I am thinking I could make a shelve for it or something (when I get to it).

I was also thinking it would be good to get it off the floor a little in case of major water leak/flooding...
