I'm waiting to pick up my 2017 Rockwood 2304DS and am driving short of a 1000 mi to pick it up in a few weeks and will be camping on my way home to NJ. Was wondering what can I expect the length of the 30 amp power cord to be and what is a good size extension to carry with me?
Most will be 25-30' long,you will find in your travels that "Power Pedestal" placement has NO standard! Most EX cords of the 25-30' length will work! Also buy a 30-50 adapter! Youroo!!
Yes, I have a Fifth Wheel and it comes with a 30'. when I dry camp, my generator is in the back of the truck, so I use an extension (25'). Make sure it is for RV.
