Rockwood Frame

We have a 2004 Rockwood 8318SS travel trailer. Slide-out on both sides. Left side is the large dinette slide-out; right side is a bedroom slide-out. The trailer leans heavily to the right ... is there any adjustment to the torsion bars that can be done to fix this? Also, is this leaning due to the rear frame? It appears to have dropped about 4 inches and there is a crack on the right slide-out on the bottom plus a dip in the floor by the rear half.
Anyone run across this before and fixed it?
Any ideas welcome! Thank you!
