Has anyone heard about this new model that is showing up on several dealer sites, floor plan only.

If it had the murphy bed it would have a lot of room for a short TT.

I have the floorplan. It is same dinette as the 2304s with a Murphy option for the front. The only drawback is the kitchen and bathroom are very tiny. But a nice open feel for a smaller trailer.

The pics don't show the Murphy option.

I wonder what the box size is if the oal is 21' 8"

21' 8", is that the box lgth or tongue to sp tire?

thats the total length.
subtract about 2 feet for the trailer.

my experience is that the length is measured from the front of the hitch to the end of the spare tire.

the hitch length from the box is 3'6" + the bumper is 6" from the box + the spare tire is an additional 1'.

so, generally for the mini lite series, you have the box length + 5' with spare tire included.

that means this particular unit's box length is 21'8' minus about 5'.
