Rockwood Mini-lite 2104s TV

We recently bought a new 2017 Rockwood mini-lite 2104s. We know there is a mount for the TV outside, but I can't figure out how to remove the TV from the inside and place it outside. It seems like when we saw this model in the show they took the TV outside very easily. He just picked it up and slid it on the mount on the outside. This one appears to be bolted down good inside. What are we doing wrong?

The tv slides up off of the arm. The arm stays connected to the wall. The first few time you take it off it's very tight. Have a helper hold slight downward pressure on the arm while you give a good upward smack with the palm of your hand on the bottom of the tv, but hold on to the tv with your other hand.

Don't forget to disconnect all the wires/cables before you start walking outside with it.

I had to take a small hammer to pound up on the arm and lift it up out of the mount for the first few times. I guess it's made to fit tightly to keep it in place while traveling.
