Hey Kevin... Do you still need that measurement? Heading to the camper this afternoon and will tape it for you.

Sitting level... I have it at 23-1/2" to the top of where the hitch ball sits.

KDH if you dont mind what hitch do you have? I leaning towards the cub because of the short wheel base of the diesel cherokee but being my first full size tt not sure if its needed.

Just so we're clear... You wanted me to measure the 2306 tongue height, correct? I think the ball height as it sits on a vehicle will vary slightly depending on the vehicle itself and who/how it was installed/set up... Correct? The WD system will also cause variation.

I have the Equalizer 4-point... For me, a more expensive, "better" system would be a waste of my money, as I have had no issues with sway since installing it. And the kicker for me to go with the equalizer over some of the others was that you can hook up easily even if you have to back in at an angle.

Hey Kevin,

I have a Flagstaff 23lb and I have a Hensley cub hitch. We originally towed this with a Nissan Pathfinder. The cub hitch is great, I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

Terry at Hensley hitch can get you setup with the right drawbar. I think mine is a 2 inch drop. I did add airbags to the pathfinder to help stiffen the suspension when towing.

I still have the pathfinder but I also have a F150 and that is what I tow with most of the time. The pathfinder can tow this trailer but it works hard. The armada should tow this great little trailer just fine.

Enjoy the camper and in my opinion, the hensley hitch is worth the extra money.
