If I want to do some maintenance, how easily is he underbelly covering removed and replaced?

Towed last weekend with a 2012 F150 Ecoboost that has the max tow package. Payload was listed as 1600 lbs using the door jamb sticker on P rated tires. I left the tongue with both propane tanks, two batteries and had some wood logs in the bed of the truck. It pulled the trailer like a champ with absolutely no sway. The only issue I felt was some porpoising. I had to re-adjust my equalizer hitch but I can say for certain this felt a lot more stable on the rear axle than the Sequoia did with the propane inside the trailer rear.

Lovin' our 2017 2504S Rockwood Mini Lite
Purchased our 2017 2504S Rockwood Mini Lite Sapphire Edition in January. Have camped about 5 times this summer. We love so much about it... the layout is great, very roomy; Murphy bed is such a space saver, and is easy to set up and put away; from what we can the camper seems like very good quality; lots of storage - more than we need; roomy bathroom; love the interior colors of ours; interior light placement is great as well as speakers and vents. Could go on and on! Plus great price.
One thing my husband tweaked was the bunk bed ladder. He cut two inches off the bottom causing it to not stick out so far. Now the bathroom door can be opened much wider during the night when the ladder is in use. Easy solution.

This is fantastic! Up until this point I just threw the ladder in the garage and helped the kids into the bunk. I totally didn't think about reducing the angle a bit. Thanks for this! I will be upgrading the thermostat to digital this weekend. The best mod I have done so far is putting that water pump into a box lined with dense foam. I can barely hear it run now!

I had to build a rack on top of the front A-frame to fit 2 G27s on my 21DK. The existing space between the frame arms was too small. Where do you fit 3 G31 batteries on the front?

Is it possible to stack them? You would have to build something to do this but it could work.

I already built a rack for my G27s and it works. I was just curious as to whether the G31s fit on the existing rack.

On mine the stock rack is just L-Brackets welded in-between the frame members. It only fits two batteries.
If you go with the Westin box, you could probably get 3-4 batteries in it depending if you use a plastic battery box for each battery or not.

I have a carport but it has a gable on the front that is 10 3 and wont even clear the rear ladder. One of my projects this year is to raise the gable for clearance. Jay

I store mine in a 25 by 36 pole shed. The overhead door is exactly 11 and it goes through it with about an inch clearance on the AC

That's the same one as my 2504. Should work for you.

We purchased a Mini lite 2018 2503s 25' last July . It fits our needs, my girlfriend and our yellow lab. It gets a lot smaller when the grandkids go with us. Gray tank filled up in 4 days lol. Have not had any major issues as of yet. All the small things our dealer took care of. Couldn't ask for a better dealer to help us along the way with any questions. To sum it up we are happy with our ROCKWOOD

We've had our 2504S for 2.5 years now and love it. We had to replace the shower head right away(it broke), and a propane hose, but it's been relatively trouble-free.
1. We swapped out the water pump for a whisper-quiet model.
2. Added a Shurflo accumulator tank at the same time.
3. replaced the tv antenna with a Winegard Rayzar Z1(much better reception)
4. added battery-powered LED tap lights inside cabinets.
5. replaced heated mattress with the memory foam one mentioned earlier in this thread.
6. Relocated the spare tire under the frame to allow a bike rack on the frame.
7. Added the brackets to beef up the rear bumper.
Last winter we enjoyed a few winter trips, but we don't have the enclosed underbelly, heated tanks, or 4 season windows. The kids would like to do more winter trips so now I'm looking at options to make it happen with the trailer we have. We were fine with 5 gallon water jugs in the trailer, and it wasn't really cold enough to freeze the tanks.

all you need is some 4x8 sheets of coroplast to enclose the underbelly.

Thank you! That's easy enough to get, $20/sheet at Home Depot.(have to order it though, the local one doesn't keep it in stock) Looks like the hardest part would be drilling the frame for securing screws.
