We have a mini lite 2306 (2012). Its a little larger than the 1905, but looks like about the same style. The only problem we had with it is when we went to winterize it the inlet hose was bent and would not let the a/f in. Fast fix no big deal. Other than that we enjoy it very much. The murphy bed is the best... nice little rig.... is it new or used?

We have the 1901. Haven't had any problems except for user error so far. When we bought it we were severely weight restricted since we were pulling it with our Rav4. Within a couple months, somehow, we ended up with a Tundra with the big V8. Still love the mini lite!

We have a 2014 2306, and we bought the extended warranty. It was $150.

We have a 2109S and love it! Recommend the $150 extended warranty - the peace of mind is worth it!

Congrats on your new mini lite!

We have the Rockwood 1809S Minnie Lite very few problems. Are you talking about the 2nd year of factory warranty for $150.00 it is worth it.

That is why I asked - tell your dealer you want the factory 2nd year warranty - if he won't find out how to get it ask on here again & someone will give you a direct name & number for FR warranty.

Even at $1499 for the 7 yr warranty, it is well worth it. Just look at the prices of similar items (refrigerator, cook top/stove, A/C, awning, etc.) to get an idea of replacement values and cost for labor to install (Camping World is a good site to look at.)

Looking at CW's prices in their catalog, replacing the refrigerator alone (like one we have - 2 door) can cost about the same as the price for the 7 yr extended warranty.

2014 2306 here. Love the Murphy bed. We've been out three timse so far and still are talking about how sweet the unit is. A couple minor issues but nothing major. $1499 for any warranty is absurd, in my opinion... And it doesn't always cover what you think and/or was led to believe. We got the $150 extended warranty from forest River. My dealer never mentioned it. I called FR a couple days after I purchased... They emailed me the form and I faxed it back with payment.
