One side of the slide out has sagged & ts ripping the linoleum. Anyone have info on how to fix the alignment, something I can do? Or who to contact for more info?

What year and model of Rockwood do you have?

Your profile shows a 2004 Fleetwood Pioneer.

Hi, I do not have the exact same problem but I do have a slide out in my 2017 Georgetown GT3 that when all the way in rubs on the floor. I have noticed that the slide out is not plumb to the outside of the coach when all the way in. It tilts in at the top maybe 1/2" more than at the bottom. In fact, when driving it makes such a racket that I have taken to using a block of wood and a pry bar to lift it and then I stick a rubber door stop under the lowest part. That treats the symptoms. I thought that perhaps the gears were maybe off by a tooth or two but a friend who runs an RV repair facility showed me how the whole thing is a unit and you cant just tilt it to compensate for the rubbing. He called it a design flaw. Your case is more extreme but I can see where putting the slide motors under that kind of stress may lead to problems other than just the floor tile. I am sure that other owners have encountered the same problem. I wish that Forest River would do some kind of recall on it. Maybe an additional roller along the inside edge. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Regards

See my past posts

We have 2502ks. See my past posts about our slideout nightmares. All fixed by FR at the factory and then tweaked repairs again at FROG RALLY. All good now but the journey was PAINFUL in so many ways!

Had same problem on a Mini Lite 2304s

The nuts were loose on both sides underneath of the operating frame that carries the slide in and out. Slideout slickers will keep it from getting worse.

We were set to go pick up our new 2018 Rockwood 2104S tomorrow and received a call this evening from our sales person stating that during the PDI they closed the slide and it tore the Linoleum floor. After Reading this thread last night and that happening today I am now gun shy about the 2104 slide. We have since changed out mind and are buying a 2109S tomorrow instead.

I hope you guys get it figured out but it seems like a problem with the slide on that model.
