Rockwood MiniLite and Flag Staff MicroLite

We have a MicroLite 25KS.
has anyone noticed the floor feeling a "Little soft"
There are a couple areas, mainly down the middle of the trailer, where the floor will bow when I step.

Now, I am a big guy, so maybe I am just paranoid.

It's almost like I am stepping between 2 floor joists.

Anyone else?

I have a 2013 Mini 2503s and my floor is fine, no bowing/flexing, and I am a big fella too. I am sure I may need to reinforce it a bit in the future since it is a lightweight unit but so far it's fine. I have only spent 6 nights in mine though.

Mini-Lite floor/wall construction

I've noticed a few posts lately about soft floors in the Mini-Lite TTs from FR. It was one of the first things we noticed in our ETC and also in the 2304 replacement. After some reading on this and other forums and doing some mods/maint, I found that the construction was of a laminated design. Being a foam core sandwiched between two pieces of 3/16th in Luan plywood. I made the assumption that there were supports 16" on centre like a house floor. Big error. While doing research on another project, I received the attached diagrams for the floor and r/h wall for the 2304 and Flagstaff clone. Interesting to say the least. I expect all the light weight FR tt's are the same.
Now for us "full sized" folks, it makes me wonder how long that floor will last and when the time comes how much effort will it be to fix. Hopefully there will be lots of time to ponder this and other musings before a foot goes through.
