Hi folks. My rv is a 2015 and we have owned it since May 5th 2014. My wife pointed out several soft spots on our kitchen floor. I'm wondering if anyone else has similar soft floor spots and if the 1 year warranty will cover it.

Greetings. We have a 2013 model we have not found any soft spots. This should covered. I wonder if you can add the second year to the warranty as extra protection.

I wouldn't expect that to be covered. It is very common on laminate floors. It would likely only be a matter of time before it happened again. I don't think there is any way they could fix it without disassembling the entire trailer, either.
