Rockwood Ultra Lite 2910ts

We are looking to upgrade from a HTT to a TT. It seems the Rockwood UL 2910ts has everything I am looking for. I haven't been in one yet, hoping there is one at one of the upcoming rv shows.
We currently have a Ford Excersion V10, that we would be towing with. It seems like we should be fine at 6500lb dry weight.
My husband is concerned that if the TV should be replaced, would a Ford f150 be able to pull this TT?
Anyone think this would be a future concern?
Does anyone have this TT, are you happy with it?
Thanks so much in advance

The tongue weight with the camper at it's GVWR would be around 1000 lbs. With the Excursion on a F250 chassis, you should have enough payload capacity for that. The only way to know for sure would be to weigh it ready to camp.

A F150 with a max towing option at minimum would work...add the HD payload option (GVWR of 8200 lbs) to be sure.

Edit: The actual dry weight of this camper will be higher with battery(s), propane and any dealer installed options. This will reduce the CCC to around 1000 lbs, which with a family, can disappear in a hurry.
