We have a 2013 V-Lite WIKSS that we pull with a gas GMC 2500HD 4x4. It is just the two of us and the Brittany Spaniel most of the time. We bought ours from the local dealer at the Houston RV show and feel we got an excellent deal, more than 30% off MSRP. We were told that the manufacturers give the dealers a lot of flexibility at shows in order to be able to move a lot of units.
What sold us was the layout. DH liked v-nose concept and when we got inside I didn't want to leave. Love the three slides and island kitchen, real table and chairs, leather theater seating, entertainment center and fireplace. I am more of an introvert than he is and I knew I could happily spend hours in it. The garden shower and double sinks in the bathroom are great as well. Storage for hanging clothes and hoses, chocks, cords, etc. could be better, but we got a cover for the truck bed and that takes care of some of that.
We have a Pro WDH with a right anti-sway bar and it is fine most of the time. We are getting ready to add a left side bar. I-10 near us has a lot of crosswinds and big trucks so we have had a couple of episodes where the trucks and wind made us a bit uncomfortable. Several couples have told us that adding the second anti-sway bar takes care of that. We have never felt like we didn't have enough truck.
If you find one you like and you can negotiate a good price, buy it now.
