Roof Membrane problem

I have a 2011 Rockwood 8280WS 5th wheel and the roof material is coming loose. We were camped and the wind came up with hard rain in the middle of the night, I could hear water dripping in the bathroom. The next day I checked on the roof and the front 1/2 had several wrinkles and the top material had flexed enough to break the seal around the vent, which let the water run in. The only thing I could do while on vacation was to try and hold down the membrane so it would not come off altogether. I screwed wood strips down to hold the membrane, I take it to the dealer Tuesday for an estimates. Has anyone else had a problem with their roof membrane?

Last fall my then 4 month old trailer developed some "bubbles" in the roof membrane near the front nose (it is a Windjammer v-nose TT). Never came loose enough to leak or tear away. I took some photos and sent them to a Forest River rep. He sent me an email that said it would be warranty work and I sent the photos and his email to my dealer. They took it right in and fixed it. Very pleased with how the whole issue was handled.
