Roof seal around shower

I inspect the roof after every trip, and clean it 2 times a season, it's covered for Winters. Today I noticed the caulk is thinning, or spreading over the shower causing the edges to pop. Up or get exposed, allowing access to water potentially. We've owned it since June 2010, its a 2011 8285WS, is this something a average owner can repair, I have to drive a couple of hours to the dealer all on my dime, as the extended warranty I bought doesn't cover seals

Same thing on my camper's skylight over the shower. I believe that over time, the flange of the skylight warps and separates from the roof. I've touched-up that area a couple of times with dicor...next step will be putting down eternabond tape.

Thanks for the pics. We picked up our unit a few weeks ago and took it out a couple times already, but due to the inability to install a ladder, I have yet to check the roof, I'll check it before the next trip.

Same problem. Cleaned it as best as I could, let it dry then goop on more dicor. It will take a tube or two as it self levels and exposes the humps.
