Running TT Marker Lights

Does anyone know how to turn on camper marker lights while NOT hooked up to TV? Iíve seen a thread that mentions a jumper on the 7-pin connector but canít find it.

For an emergency situation where you might want them to flash a standard auto flasher plugged in the same way will make all of them flash. We've used this to let emergency personnel know where to go.

Never thought about using a fuse, I just made up a jumper with 2 crimp on spade connectors. Just be careful not to bend the connector blades inside the ports so that they won't make proper connection when plugged in.

It's the 2 ports below the "notch" on the outside of the connector.

There's actually a commercial product that will do this for you for $10 called the Nappy Camper. I don't have one and am not endorsing this. Just giving an additional option.

It's a cap and you can see how the jumper is built-in:

Just remember...depending how the CG is situated and locations of the pads, someone behind you may not appreciate your running lights shining in their window all night long.
