Rust and Frame twist ?

Picked up a 2015 " new" 29re Silverback.
I failed to look under the trailer at PDI.
At home found severe rust on springs, hangers and frame. Crossmember forward of the door is twisted on both ends. Popping the screws out of the member and plastic sheet where the spare sits.
