Slide out

We have a 2017 Rockwood 2304KS mini lite. I cannot figure out what drives the slide out, and more importantly what emergency procedures are there if your remote camping and it won't slide back in. Anyone familiar with this ? John Lee

If your trailer is same as in video with side rails on the slide then you have a Schwintek system.

My 2016 Mini Lite 2503S has a Schwintek slide; yours is probably the same. To get back in if it fails, you have to actually remove part of the motors and then push it back in and re-attach the motors.

I've attached several PDF files on Schwinteks below.

You may want to look around for your control box. Mine was behind the "door" with 3 hinges, one on one side and two on the other, under the pantry/wardrobe. See pic below. (I think you'll have the door, but not the panel to the right, as your pantry is narrower than mine.)

Unscrew the single hinge and swing the door open and see if there's a controller behind it. Here's what the controller looks like:

Here's a video, too:

I want to thank you both! I'm blown away by your over-the-top efforts to help. This one had me stumped (and the dealer was no help), so now thanks to you both - I'm set.
