Slide Out Floor Problem?

Just took delivery of our new trailer recently, (2017 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2608WS), and was noticing that when the living/dinning area slide is all the way in if I step on the slide floor it bounces up and down. It almost feels like the floor is bowed. My old trailer had a slide and it didn't move. Is this natural? It operates OK in and out..... Just wondering?

Best NOT to step on the slide floor when it's closed or in. It's normal on many units.
