Slide Seal Maintenance

Hi Everyone,
Still new to all of this and hoping to get some advice from the experienced.

We have a 2011 Windjammer 3001W and have it "permanently" parked in a campground in KY.

I am interested in opinions on what everyone else does for maintenance of the slide seals. Do you lubricate them? If so with what? How often?

I use spray Teflon .

If you do a search for slide-out seal spray , you'll find many.

Teflon or silicone spray are recommended. I do mine about once a month.
