Slide topper sag

Getting ready to purchase this fw, but have never owned a unit with slides, let alone toppers. Question, is this normal, adjustable, or a problem? Several of these Rockwoods on the lot, and this is the only topper that looks like this.

It happens to be an 8285WS, '12 model according to the sheet.
