I think the addition of the extra joists on 16 inch centers was only introduced lately, possibly as late as the 2010 model year, or whenever they did the last major styling change. The OP's is a 2008.

We have a 2014 Flagstaff 27RLWS with ever growing soft spots in the floor. Can't find any water leaks anywhere. I show them to the dealer and they just say there are no soft spots. They feel them when I show them, and right in front of me they say they don't feel anything. Unreal. Anyone else having this problem?
