Stabilizers

I just found out today my power stabilizers will lift the tongue off the ground easily!! The stab jack motor barely started to strain.

Now I know why I was out of level after stabilizing.

Too bad the power stab jacks don't do anything for side to side movement. I'm in the process of adding the steadyfast system but had to stop and order the longer bolts to get through the wood strips.

If they are LCI jacks and the legs are not reinforced, you are lucky you didn't bend at least one leg.

It does have the Lippert stab jacks.

I'm assuming it has 5000 pound jacks and lifting the tongue is only 8 or 900 pounds.

If the rear stabs were down then it strains much more and I keep going until the motor stalls. Of course the trailer still wiggles and jiggles!

You are lucky. Not mine, but several on the forum have had this happen.
