Sticky stabilizer jack

We have power stabilizer jacks on our 2015 2104s and the left rear one doesn't descend as the right one does. Give it a little kick and it starts down just fine. I leave it to the wittier forum members to comment on the merits of a swift kick. Has anyone else experienced and corrected this little bug?

Our Palomino Solaire Eclipse has the power stabilizer jacks with the same situation. I just keep lowering them and after the lowest makes contact the other side will then start down and catch up. Hope this helps. You can still kick it if you want

X2 on what Ret said. They can descend one at a time. Nothing's wrong except there's more friction on one part of the screw. Another thing you can do, if you want to see them both moving at the same time, is to clean and lube the transverse screw with a graphite or molybdenum lubricant.

That was always a sign mine needed lubed.

Then I fixed 'em good and proper - smashed them to smithereens and replaced them with scissor jacks.

If you heard the calamity, it would make you laugh harder. It literally sounded like a scene out of a cartoon- OR the movie RV.
