Storing Rockwood 2604 rocking swivel chairs

Does anyone know the best way to store the two swivel chairs at the rear of a 2010 Rockwood 2604. On the couch there are two straps and on the floor there is a hook. I have stored the two chairs on the couch with the straps provided but the chairs come loose during traveling and have fallen off couch. Any suggestions?

That's how I carry mine & have never had an issue. Try experimenting with how you run the strap when you hook them up.

Are you storing the chair upside down, against the couch back?

That's how I store my two chairs for travel with no problems.

We have a 2604SS and store our chairs side by side facing opposite directions up against the door by the sink. We started out storing them on the couch but found that the couch was going to show wear spots plus it is such a pain in the rear to strap them down every time. We have never had any problems with storing them in front of the door. We just got back from a 15 hour trip to Florida and they didn't move an inch.

I have always just moved the one farthest from the door, and placed it in front of the door, o allow the slide out to be closed. The chairs never have moved, that I'm aware of. Randy
