Get the model number off the heater and go to the dinosaur site and they have a chart that let's you know which board you need.

wow, a 2019 model RV already out of warranty, and it's not even 2019 yet?
or, did I misread your '2109' to be the model instead?

Most are edge connector and spark wire with a spade female terminal. Plug-n-Play.

Mine failed on the first trip. Even after several pre-trip tests. Took about 3-5 minutes to change. 2 1/2 minutes were getting up and down.

Pardon my lack of knowledge on this, but what is the "board" you're all talking about? Is it the switch that turns it from electric to propane? I've got a 2018 Microlite that the water heater lasted 2 days on propane, then quit.

There are numerous threads on this issue that you might search.
The board is usually located on top or near the back side of the water heater. It's in a 3x4 ish plastic cover. There are two low voltage connections. One on the side with 5 or 6 colored wires that just pulls off. The other is a "spark plug" looking wire with a spade connector that plugs on to the board. When you pull it off, pull on the connector, not the wire.
It's low voltage, no need to pull fuses or circuit breakers.
Take the board out of the cover and look for a burned spot in the middle of the board. The burn spot means it's "toast".
Replace it with a Dinosaur board from Amazon for under $100. 10 minute, 2 beer job.

If the Suburban brand water heater, this previous post may help.....as well as backreading the whole thread may help if it's not working on propane.

If you have a burned spot on the board, skip all of the time wasting diagnostic steps and go right to the "replace board" step.
