Tanks in Rockwood 8289

Hi, as we are newbies and imported our 5er to Australia we aren't sure about the different tanks. Toilet goes to black water tank, shower and sinks go to grey water tank, fresh water is what comes out of the taps but wondering what galley tank is and how we empty it? Hope someone cab help us. Thanks in advance.

The kitchen sink is on it's own gray water tank. Under the unit there are 3 handles first handle is gray, second is black you pull them straight out. They come out of one drain line, about 2' back before the tire there is a second drain, there is a short handle that pulls sideways to the front of the unit about 2' under, that is the kitchen gray. You can wye them together to use one drain line. Also you are talking about #8289WS correct?
