Actually sknight. I was being serious when I said " I stand corrected." Then I gave a few examples of why i thought as I did about it prior to being enlihtened by your information. I believe the intent of my sincerity was lost in the written word.
I'll never hunt down a nitrogen pump to add air to my tires but i do accept there may be benefits. Thanks for your input.

Keep a bottle of Nitrogen in race trailer...used for tires and flow checking poppet valves for pressure settings.....under stand the benefits, but we use it in more of a controlled environment, no road hazards.

Sorry, but I see through the sales pitch. Eventually the fad will wear off and we all will laugh how silly it was.

Anyways, here's a good read of reality from Edmunds.

This is one of those topics that becomes a circle argument. It just keeps going round and round. There has been more than enough information posted both pro and con for members to make their own decision. As such, and for the sake of forum harmony, this thread is going to be closed.

Please direct your constructive and collective energies towards the plethora (it's rare I get to use that term) of other topics that are in need of answers. Thanks
