Your Dealer took the easy way out and just exchanged it. It was most likely easily fixable, with a little cleaning on the inside. Cover the new one and issues will subside considerably. Clean and grease every season.

We ordered a 2015 8329SS and couldn't be happier.
It's probably not a good floor plan for a young family but there is lots of room for my wife and I along with the occasional guest.

She loves the kitchen and I love the entertainment area.
We both love the bedroom.

How long have you had it? How many camping days? Where? Any bugs to work out? Thanks for responding.

We took delivery on Sept 11th and have camped every weekend since.
Only small issues so far like the screen door latch and a couple of other minor issues.

Mod's or updates so far:
1. Removed the water filter (first night out).
2. Removed the cheap tires and installed GY Marathons and these metal stems.
3. Swapped the noisy Dometic Fridge fans for these.
3. Installed PVC fence post storage.
4. Installed OC Awning hold down brackets and my poles.
5. Bug screens on all exterior appliance entrances.
6. Added some under sink storage on backside of Kitchen and Bath doors.

I have one of these but haven't got it installed yet.
Still have more to do but some will end up waiting till next season.

We have owned an 8329 for just under a year. We have put over 6000 miles on it and love it. I did find an air leak in a tire but had the dealer fix it (it was a tire rim problem) . I had them check the other tires and they are all approved for our upcoming 5000 mile trip although I still check them on every stop.

From a comfort level...the trailer is excellent.
