Trailer Hitch Lock?

Anyone have a recommendation for a lock to put on a 2007 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite? I ordered this one online and it didn't fit.

Products - Towing Security - 378KA - Master Lockģ
I used an old 2-5/16" ball and cut the shank off and filed out the latch to facilitate using a regular Master padlock.

I use the DT-25013. Google DT trailer hitch lock.

I ran into the same sort of trouble as the OP. I think OC's idea is the best advice.

I'm not handy so I needed to go with something already made.

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Reese-Towpower-Universal-Coupler-Lock/15125814

This can be a little snugged to fit over the coupler but it does fit on mine on a slight angle. Also need to have the slider in the open position while putting this device on and then move the slider to the close position.

Mine also came with an actual lock that fits through the coupler lock hole and a hitch pin that is lockable (I haven't actually used it).

Thanks for the advice, folks. Should have checked with you all before I ordered the first one.

Looks like the universal lock from Walmart is the way to go. I checked online and they are in stock at the local store, so I ordered one for in-store pick up and will drop by and get it later today.
