How do I get the DVD player to work? What cables do I need? I put in the dvd and hear the sound but no picture

Check the "source" selection on the TV.

On my new 2608WS, the HDMI cable from the DVD output on the RV66 was connected to HDMI #3. That was moved to HDMI #1 so when you put in a DVD, the TV immediately shows the DVD picture. I like how that works.
